so this video, what's it supposed to mean? is it, like, all about rocks and sand and stuff? or is it about the immobile and seemingly untransitory, being forced to migrate and traverse distances of aching longing and miserable separation, against its very nature of deep rootedness? or is it about yellow mustard colored glops of corn breaded fish balls happily volunteeting themselves to be deepfried, thereby pushing themselves through a pan of corn flour batter towards the boiling oil that crackles inside a skillet (located off camera at the far right)? huh? which one is it?

uh, um, the second one.

Oh course it is about the forced migration that goes against the very nature of the rock (or me or people like me) that's not to say that Arabs are unnaturally nomadic, but journey against your will and against the winds of nature do make for a life of unsettling ache and longing and mourning and lament and ever-searching and pain and agony and so on and so on until the winds blow the path clean once again and the road becomes unclear not allowing for the return.
