But only a week? Come on? We deserve more than a week. How about "they" reserve for us one month out of the year. The shortest month is February. At least February--and on leap years we'll be modest enough to take 28 days. I am not criticizing the post but the fact that the event is a week like it's some kind of holiday or something--it's not! It's a continuous struggle that must fully consume its bearer until victory.
Yes one week is not enough, but it's not my event, so I don't dictate. There are other events going on continuously. And what type of victory do you forsee? Victory will be when all beings live in peace and leave others to live in peace in their own homes on their own land and since there has been dispute over land, that may never happen.
And since justice may never happen--we can go on celebrating the annual holiday of apartheid--for a whole week every year. Oh yea' we all desire that peace--but guess what? The TRANSIENT journey that gets us to that place is manned with vicious words like "victory" and "bearer"---and don't forget "February"--it's been a nasty February--one of Apartheid--I hereby declare natural Michigan apartheid with its seasons--don't let the thawing deceive you.
Why not, celebrate what ever you want. What else can you do? Protest? Fight? Boycott? Hold rallies? Hold conferences? look at Modest Proposal, that's what's next.
BTW there's nothing wrong with Michigan's seasons.
its all been done. Even though I've protested many things for many cuases for many reasons, protesting has always been a joke. what has ever been gained?
Fighting? that's just pushes us further from our goals.
Boycotts have been very funny, since everyone's conditioned to need things they don't and can't live without a cup of coffee.
abbas wicked writing, but you should put it on the recent post, since it matches better and has a better chance of being read. Or send me something, I'll make it its own post.
what I mean to say is the conversation can be its own post. remove this stuff. Now. And create the post using the removed conversation. If you decide on this--we will need to have a theme for the new post--maybe some conversation motif. But we got to keep it simple or people won't understand it. got to go write a lesson plan--check back later.

ya brathar, you inspired me to create a post about the same...
I don't know what any good this comment will serve--the week is up--and we have to go back to accepting apartheid. See ya next year.
So what? delete the post? purge everything? even if time for some event is up, the placement is neccessary.

So what's left?
damn. I thought I was dark....
Dydromulator--Dydromulator
is in gloom
The people are joyous and now fastly consumed.
why has this poor soul abstained from food
why has he picked the dry skin from his sad sad moon?
you might think he attends to heroics
but this Dydromulator has left him gravely stoic.
This is the state of one who hallucinates a mirage.
but don't worry poor lad
we are immune to the most driest of fads
anon, what is your story?

Why don't you post our complete conversation because the entire going back and forth--leads up to the poem.
